• Clients receive ownership or licensing rights only as specified in their project agreement.
• All trademarks, logos, branding, and website content remain the property of GloxadX.

You retain ownership of content you upload.

You grant GloxadX a limited license to use your content solely for providing contracted services.

You confirm that:

• You own or have rights to submitted content.
• Your content does not violate any law.
• Your content does not infringe third-party rights.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Fees are payable according to invoices.
• Deposits may be non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Late payments may incur service suspension.

Software development, consulting, and customized services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Refunds for subscription services, if applicable, will follow the specific subscription terms.

Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged during projects.
